Kerry Patmore

Meet Kerry Patmore, LCMHC-A
Stafford & Associates Counseling Group

From a young age, Kerry Patmore found herself drawn to the deeper “why” behind human behavior—what shapes us, how we respond to life’s challenges, and how our stories influence the lens through which we view ourselves and others. While studying psychology in New York, her deep respect for military service members and veterans grew into a powerful calling. The events of September 11th became a defining moment, opening her heart to the silent pain carried by first responders and those who dedicate their lives to protecting others.

Kerry’s personal and professional journey has been grounded in understanding trauma—its complexity, its legacy, and its potential for transformation. Her work is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience. She has done her own healing, and this fuels her passion for helping others break free from generational patterns and pain that no longer serve them.

Kerry believes deeply that while trauma looks different for each of us, the possibility of healing is universal. She brings empathy, authenticity, and strength to the therapy room, honoring the courage it takes to unpack the past and move toward wholeness. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healed people can help others heal—and that no one should have to carry their burdens alone.

Whether you’re navigating the impact of trauma, facing life transitions, or looking to reconnect with a sense of peace and purpose, Kerry offers a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.
