Aalia Solomon is an Associate Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHCA) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, eating disorders, and major life transitions.
Aalia frequently supports high-achieving individuals who may appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in rigid patterns that impact their emotional well-being. She understands how exhausting it can be to carry everything together while silently struggling. Her goal is to help clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find relief that feels sustainable.
Aalia offers a supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients can show up exactly as they are. Clients don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether they are looking for practical coping tools, deeper insight, or simply a safe place to process and clear their minds, Aalia works alongside her clients to help them feel clearer, lighter, and more grounded as they move through daily life.
Her approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and paced to meet each client where they are. She believes therapy should feel like a partnership—one that honors each client’s experiences while gently supporting meaningful growth and change.
Aalia is under the clinical supervision of Sara Hofmeier, LCMHCS, CEDS, and is committed to ongoing learning and ethical, trauma-informed care.
