Diane Bolster
MSW, LCSWA
Diane Bolster is a compassionate therapist (MSW, LCSWA) who helps adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate life’s challenges with understanding, balance, and renewed confidence. Before becoming a therapist, Diane worked as a high school teacher — an experience that inspired her to support young people beyond the classroom, helping them build emotional awareness, resilience, and self-acceptance.
Her work providing behavioral health services in the primary healthcare setting further expanded her perspective, deepening her passion for working with adults managing life transitions, relationship challenges, and mood disorders with a broader focus on their overall health and wellness. Diane has a special affinity for supporting marginalized teens and young adults, men learning to understand and communicate their emotions, and women struggling with self-sacrifice and unhappiness. She draws from her background in education and social work to help parents and children to improve family dynamics and communication.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, and person-centered approaches, Diane believes that healing begins with trust and authentic connection between client and therapist. She views the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative space built on openness, respect, and curiosity about each client’s unique story. Drawing on her background in education and social work, she considers the broader circumstances and strengths that shape her clients’ experiences, helping them find their voice, heal, and grow.
