Jessica believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is an important foundation for meaningful growth and change. She strives to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, emotions, relationships, and concerns. Her approach recognizes each client as an individual with unique experiences, strengths, values, and goals.
Jessica takes a holistic view of counseling and considers the different areas of a person's life that may influence emotional well-being. She works collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, recognize existing strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Therapeutic Approach
Jessica's approach to counseling is person-centered, collaborative, and holistic. Depending on the individual needs and goals of the client, she may draw from evidence-based approaches and interventions including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), strengths-based counseling, and trauma-informed care.
Jessica believes clients are the experts on their own lives and views counseling as a collaborative process. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she works to understand each client's individual experiences and needs and tailors the counseling process accordingly.
